Tychus:
Increase Grenade Damage by 125.
-5 armor shred for 2 seconds on auto attack.
Grenade pulls and stun units within radius.
Increase Tychus Damage by 20% for each Outlaw in close proximity.

Warhound:
30% chance to AoE Fear enemies on each attack, Turret has 3% chance.
Haywire Missiles that deal 100 damage to 8 air units, turrets deal 100 to 2 air units.
Warhound deals 300 AoE damage when downed, Turrets deals 50 damage on death.
Increase Turret's Life and Damage by 75%.

Reaper:
Double damage of Demo Charge.
Disable Detection on target affected by Demo Charge.
Increase movement speed by 80% when receive damage every 15s.
Auto Attack reduces Demo Charge cooldown by 3 seconds each.

Firebat:
Increase Oil Spill radius by 100%.
Improve damage dealt by Enflame vs Light units by +25 per sec.
When Enflamed units died, they explode and spread Enflamed to nearby enemies.
Firebat takes 30 damage max from all sources.

Herc:
Increase Stun Duration and radius of Heavy Impact by 100%.
When taken fatal damage, gain Damage Immunity for X seconds and full life restore every 60s .
Increase attack speed by 3% after each attack, up to 60%; increase attack damage by 3 after each attack, up to 60.
30% chance to deals 4x damage.

Marauder:
Increase Revitalizer's healing rate by 100%.
Revitalizer gives ally 20% attack speed.
Gain Stim (Heal 2HP per sec, increase attack and movement speed for 15s).
Deals 50% auto attack damage as AoE.

Ghost:
Dominated units gains full life and energy restore and 50% bonus attack speed.
Apply Confusion to units around Dominated target.
Gains a spell that pulls an air unit down to the ground as auto cast ability, 5 charges.
Dominated lasts twice as long.

Spectre:
Storm gains 100% duration.
Storm gains 50% damage.
Storm gains 50% radius.
Spectre reduces other Outlaw's primary ability cooldown by 20%.

Medic:
Increase Restorative Burst's heal and periodic heal by 100%.
Increase healing rate by 100%.
Can heal 2 targets at the same time.
Gain an auto-cast spell that give allies a 200 shields for 20s.

Note: These are not likely the final number once Tychus is released, I've noted Tychus Outlaw's upgrades with the help of SC2 Discord for people to discuss while waiting for the commander's release.
