Paid no respect to critical missions. Concentrate to sharp-edge teeth combat power efficiency.

Poor coordination within industry and army. No ability to harmonize teeth-tail power. Cultural overconcentration of combat power.

Everything Japan needed should be carried from south-east Asia to Japan by ships.

Bloody big hole after Midway in Japanese defense.=>US could notice that Japan has no preparation for submarines and convoys have no escorts.

In Japanese navy submarines were strike weapons because of Japan military culture(different to German submarines)

Japan had no idea how to organize convoy guards efficiency-no officers want to do necessary task although it was critical.=>Stupidity
