테스트 맵도 아니고; 점추에 영향을 줄만한 새로운 맵 공개

After testing changes to Blink in our balance update test map, we felt that altering Blink directly was not a change we wanted to pursue at this time. We’re still gathering data on how recent balance updates have affected the various match-ups, and so far we’re seeing that the Mothership Core vision change has affected certain Blink strategies as intended. 

Additionally, we have some changes planned for the Season 2 map pool that we feel will further affect Blink builds in the upcoming season. You can expect more information on the Season 2 map pool changes in the coming weeks.

사실 점추가 씹오피가 된건 점추가 문제가 아니라 모선핵이 1차적인 원인이니

One of following nerfs needs to happen:
- Blink cost increased from 150/150 to 175/175 or 200/200
- Blink research time increased by 5/10/15/20/25 or 30 seconds
- Blink ability cool down increased by 1 second (Starcraft time)

ㄴ 그건 유저의 의견이지, 블쟈의 공식 발표가 아님여.
