Some people have asked me if spreading creep is worth it or not in ZvZ so here are some tips about the most frequent/relevant scenarios:

#1 Creep allows you to to 'boost' defending roaches to snipe retreating ones on the creep edge, enemy roaches move slower off creep.

#2 If you play hydras, you want creep for attacks. Hydras retreat faster on creep - retreat/attack later. (Speed upgrade is very expensive.)

#3 Creep is sexy, especially when it connects with opponent's creep. Careful with overseers as they can mess up your unit AI in battle.
