현재 한국에는 스타크래프트2에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있습니다.

스타크래프트2 팬들이 즐길 수 있는 컨텐츠가 적은 것이 현실입니다.

이번에 귀사에서 개최하신 NASL은
현재 한국 스타크래프트2 팬들이 정말 같이 즐기고 싶어하는 대회입니다.

하지만 NASL에 대해서 국내에서 따로 방송을 송출 하는 곳이 없어서
실제로 NASL에 관심은 많지만, NASL을 시청하는 시청자는 적은 형편입니다.

스타크래프트2 방송이라는 것이 방송 내용뿐 아니라

My name is Axismycall and I am a private broadcaster of starcraft 2 games in Korea.

Currently the popularity of starcraft 2 is becoming increasingly noticeable in Korea. There are many large scale tournaments like GSL including various pro-teams as its participants along with many students aspiring to become a professional gamer.

Despite the popularity, excluding GomTV, the reality is that there are very few starcraft 2 broadcasting contents available for the fans to enjoy.

NASL is one of the few aforementioned tournaments and many Korean fans were highly entertained by it.

However since there aren’t any official broadcasting channels or streams in which the fans are able to access, the actual views for NASL in Korea is disproportionately lower compared to the interest generated by the community.

I believe one of the biggest factors in viewing a live starcraft 2 stream is the fact that chat options are offered while the fans are streaming the content. But for the case of NASL, since itw as o nly broadcasted on justin, teamliquid or NASL.tv, domestic fans were not able to chat while viewing the stream. Furthermore many of us do not speak English, making the viewing experience that much less enjoyable.

So my question is, how would a non-corporate entity like myself attempt to broadcast NASL games within legal boundaries? I would love to know what the exact legal constraints would be.

I'm Axismycall, big fan of SC2. For me,a personal broadcasting is my hobby via afreeca, which is the korean version of Justin Tv.
As you might know, korea have been filled with excitement and fever due to starcraft 2.
Even if we can enjoy the game with gomtv, it is not enough for korean fan.
We'd like have much more sc2 related contents and share it.
NASL is one of the interesting game league in korea. However, It is not easy to watch and understand the story of the whole game due to the language barrier for korean.
I wanna broadcast NASL by my own in korean, I need your permission. Because afreeca prohibits the broadcast of unlicensed contents. Please let me know, how can we get your permission to broadcast in personal broadcast service.
