치킨너겟의 비밀

This scary picture is making its way around the Interwebz today. What's so scary, you ask? Isn't that just strawberry frozen yogurt? NO. That shiz is CHICKEN. Mechanically separated chicken, in fact, the kind of "meat" that goes into chicken nuggets and chicken patties for fast food and frozen ones.
Why is it pink?? Well, the entire chicken is smashed through a sieve—bones, eyes, guts, beak and all. It gets worse: since it’s filled with bacteria, it will be washed with ammonia and then re-flavored artificially. Finally, it's dyed with artificial color to get rid of the creeptastic pink hue.

뭐가 그렇게 무섭냐고요? 저건 그냥 얼린 딸기 요거트가 아닌가요? 아닙니다,저것은 치킨입니다. 기계로 갈린 치킨, 치킨너겟과 패스트푸드와 얼린것에 들어가는 닭의 잘게썰은 분해물입니다.
왜핑크색인가요?
뼈,눈,내장,부리등등 전부다 닭이 통채로 갈리기 때문이죠. 박테리아로 채워져있기 때문에 더욱더 악화됩니다. 암모니아로 세척된 다음에 인공적으로 다시 맛을 낼것입니다. 소름끼치는 분홍색에서 벗어나기위해 마침내(마지막으로) 인공색소로 염색이 됩니다.

ps. 얼마전에 제이미올리버가 하는 프로에서 이렇게 갈아서 너겟이 된다고
미국 꼬마들한테 보여줬는데 만들기 전엔 으웩이러더니 만들고나서 튀기니깐 그건 또 먹고싶다고 해서 깜짝놀랐어요
